Her notable roles include Diana in the world premiere of Susan Kander’s chamber opera Carry My Own Suitcase (2023, winner of the 2022 Opera America Discovery Grant), alongside performances as:

  • Nerone in L’incoronazione di Poppea

  • The Sorceress in Dido and Aeneas

  • Ruth in Pirates of Penzance

  • Dritte Dame in Die Zauberflöte

  • Mrs. Lovett in Sondheim’s Sweeney Todd (2024)

Grace served as Mezzo-Soprano Young Artist at the Ad Astra Music Festival (2019) and participated in the Opera Studio at the American Institute of Musical Studies in Graz, Austria (2018), where she made her European orchestral debut performing Bernstein selections.

Grace holds a Doctor of Musical Arts (DMA) in voice from the University of Kansas, where she studied under Joyce Castle and Genaro Mendez. She teaches voice at Pittsburg State University and previously taught at Rockhurst University and the University of Kansas.

She was selected for the 2025 cohort of the National Association of Teachers of Singing (NATS) Intern Program—a fully-funded professional development initiative for emerging voice instructors.

Her doctoral research centers on identifying underperformed vocal literature suited for undergraduate and beginning voice students.
